ClearPath Profit ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit clearpathprofit.com, how we use it, who helps us process it, and your rights regarding that information. It is designed to comply with the New York SHIELD Act and applicable federal privacy law.
Assessment Submissions — The Free Savings Report assessment scores your answers in your browser. When you submit your name, email address, and (optionally) phone number to see your results, we receive that contact information together with your overall score, risk level, and the top findings from your answers. It is stored in our customer relationship management system (GoHighLevel) and in a backup log in Google Sheets.
Scheduling Information — When you book a call through our Cal.com scheduling tool, we receive your name, email address, and any details you provide in the booking form.
Direct Contact — If you reach out by email, phone, or text, we keep that correspondence to respond to you and provide our services.
Usage Data — We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, time on site, device and browser type, approximate location, and actions such as starting the assessment, submitting it, or booking a call. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this information.
We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries and schedule calls; follow up with you by email, phone, or text about your assessment results or services you have asked about; provide our consulting and professional services; and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. Every marketing email we send includes a way to unsubscribe. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Netlify — Website hosting. Netlify processes standard server logs such as IP addresses. Netlify Privacy Policy
Stripe — Payment processing for client invoices. We do not store card details. Stripe Privacy Policy
Google Analytics sets cookies to measure site usage. Cal.com may set cookies when you use the scheduling widget. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on. The site works without cookies.
ClearPath Profit uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect private information collected from New York residents, consistent with the New York Stop Hacks and Improve Electronic Data Security (SHIELD) Act. These include encrypted transmission (HTTPS), access controls on the systems listed above, and collecting only the information we need.
All data sent through this website is encrypted in transit with HTTPS/TLS. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we limit access to your information to what is needed to serve you.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you, and you may ask us to stop contacting you at any time. To make a request, email dan@clearpathprofit.com. You can also reply STOP to any text message from us.
Our services are intended for business owners and adults only. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18.
